  Phone was running slow, Sarah and Meghan were very helpful getting it back to normal. Any problems I had in the past, they took care of the problem, great service.

  I had to get a replacement phone for my daughter. I received the replacement phone via FedEx, however when I tried to change it out I had to change the SIM card which required a special tool. This tool was not included with the new phone. I tried several times to get help from the Verizon customer service line, zero help what so ever! I call this location since it was the closest to me. I explained the situation to Samantha who happened to be the only person working. She told me no problem, just bring it in and she’d be happy to help. I took the phone in, she changed out the SIM card for us and explained everything else we needed to do and what to do if everything didn’t transfer over. She also said to call back if we had any questions at all. Great customer service! I will definitely be going there for any future assistance instead of calling Verizon customer service!
